Oh I missed her when she stopped participating in swaps. She was a great crafter! I will miss her. Thanks for letting us know Lois.

Blossom, so sorry to hear about Nedra. I will miss her too. We have all become a family here, in the Club, and her passing will impact us all. Life has so many ups and downs for us all. But, I always know that I can come to the club and get support, creativity and friendship here. Thanks everyone for that.

Now, I wanted to share some exciting family news with my Club Posh family. My hubby and I are expecting our first grandchild in June. We just found out it is a girl! So, hopefully, I can teach her to stamp, well, in a few years, at least! Hugs, DebRN

Oh DebRN! How exciting for you! I will always remember the birth of my first grand girl. Ten years ago.... she has a sister (9) and brother (6) now. We just had an overnighter this weekend. Today is a day of rest for me! Lol

Oh Lois...Yes prayers...lots of them. It's been a couple weeks since your post. How are you feeling now.

And Yes, I will miss Nedra too. Sigh!

Please everyone practice "Air Hugs" and all that the CDC is recommending. I know you all will.

OOXX Judi

(I'm moving Debbie's mention about her status)

Oh Gosh Debbie...LOL it's so obvious from your Username...and I didn't think about you working at a hospital. I bet you were/are busy. I haven't been watching the statistics closely like I was earlier, but I believe OH has not had a huge spike? I sure hope you are not swamped. And I hope you all have enough protection.

Thank you for being one of those "essential" and first line of defense. We completely appreciate you! Yes stay safe. OOXX

We are thinking that we aren’t going to be getting hit as hard as we thought, but time will tell. I am thinking about everyone and hoping you are all keeping safe. Love and Hugs, DebRN

Wendy...Nova Scotia is not a very big place, is it? I sure hope you are safe and none of your friends, family or friends of friends and family were close. EEEgads, shows my lack of geography knowledge. I suppose with Google Maps I could look up stuff. Either way...just thinking about you.

And a big group check up...is everyone OK? I hope you're all like Blossom and sheltering in place and maybe going a bit "stir crazy." THAT would be the best. I don't want anyone feeling icky!! Oh and FYI our employees at JudiKins are staying home. It's just Rob and I coming to work. We're doing all the things we should be doing on a normal day but we can never get to it. You know, cleaning, organizing, fixing stuff and maybe doing some grocery shopping. But we're also trying to connect to long distant relatives and friends. I'm happy to say, everyone is healthy and safe. Debbie you're right...that closure of public places and non-essential biz, social distancing and all seems to be working. Air and virtual hugs everyone.

Hi Judi, Nova Scotia is not huge but our neighbour province. I wondered how far this horrible news would go. One man killing 23+ innocent people!! The RCMP are still investigating 16 areas. Wow! One of my nephews and his family live a few hour’s drive from areas involved. A niece lives at other end of province. Thankfully they are far enough away from everything. Putting distance in perspective... it would be about a 4-5 hour drive from where I live in New Brunswick to the communities involved in Nova Scotia. Thank you for your concern.

Oh, Wendy, I am thinking of you, your family and all Canadians. How senseless! This tragedy on top of this pandemic is just horrendous! Pleas keep yourselves safe and healthy.

Thank you, Judi, for your kind words and thoughts. Fortunately, I don’t have direct patient care now as I used to. I worked ICU for almost 20 years before I went to my Hospital’s Call Center. I work directly with the Nursing Supervisors. I coordinate placement of COVID patients within the hospital. I also take referrals from other hospitals, ER’s, Nursing Home Facilities, etc. I also update the status of our hospital system’s beds, ventilators, OR’s, etc., for the State every 4 hours. This enables other hospitals to know what hospitals have the capacity to take patients. My hubby is a firefighter/ medic and my daughter is an RN as well and she works in group homes. We are all keeping our social distancing because we all could contract this virus due to our jobs and where we work. And, we have been keeping away from our son and 8 month pregnant daughter in law, to keep them all safe. Everyone stay safe, healthy and “Please” wear your masks, hugs, DebRN

It's been so long since I've been on that I am going to have to answer a few at a time. First I'n so sorry to hear about Nedra. I'm glad you saw it on Facebook.
Deb, how exciting about your upcoming grand baby. I had a new great niece in Feb. and how much more exciting to be a grand baby.
Blossom, please take care, especially with what is going on now.
