Oil Well - Wyoming - Great Plains Stamps

Hello, I would like to know of great stamping sites that feature the Great Plains.

Hmmmm, sorry Susan, I tried to Google it, but all I came up with were actual postage stamps for the Great Plains. Maybe an untapped rubber stamp image market??

Make your own great plains. All you need is a lot of grass and some mountains in the distance. If you have the Posh buffalo, stamp him in the foreground and there you go. Posh also has grass and mountain stamps. Maybe Judikins can make them.

That would be a great suggestion to give to Judi for future Posh stamps. They were saying they wanted to hear what we want in the way of new stamps. That would be a great theme that I have not seen before. ( doesn't mean it's not there, I just have not seen any).

WOW, an oil well/drilling unit would be a great stamp. We could stamp a card and send it to our favorite gas company and protest the prices! It probably wouldn't help but I'd feel better for not going down without voicing my opinion.

Susan and anyone else interested, I just wrote Judi a note letting her know the desire for this kind of stamp. Maybe she will have an inspiration and get some going!

oil well stamps - great plains

Thank you. I also found a Stampabilities stamp of Texas with an oil well on it (by accident) and so I can just ink that portion. So it is many stamps in one. It is like a collage stamp. I lost the oil well stamp bid at Ebay. Someone else wanted it more than I did!

What kind of card are you making that you need an oil well?
