I'm a little late wishing everyone a Happy New Year, but I do wish everyone Happy stamping. We are snowed in in Toledo as I assume many of you are also. Church was cancelled, but since they were out all night salting and scraping the streets are clearer, now. Don't know what's in store for tonight. The say more snow. But as someone who lived through the blizzard of 78, six inches of snow is nothing. Hope you are all spending tour day stamping.

Yes, Stay warm all of you in the "FROZEN Belt" of everything. Woweee. Is this the type of weather that My Uncle Yosh talked about. I remember him telling me that it was "so cold" in Moorehead, MN you could toss a pot of water out the window and the water would freeze before it hit the ground. I've always wanted to see this. Mostly impossible here in LA, and in our local mountains, all that ever happened was the pot and water went out the window...the pot got dented...the water melted what little snow was on the ground, and my Mom yelled at me for the muddy mess and her dented pot. Then she called Uncle Yosh, and yelled at him too!! It's funny now.

Well, I haven’t tried throwing water out the window but my windows all are frozen. Here in Northeast Ohio, we don’t usually get this cold. As a matter of fact, this is the coldest it has been in 30+ years. We have had a lot of changing weather lately. It has snowed, we got 14 inches last week, then it warmed up enough to rain, then it froze. So lots of ice and very treacherous. Schools are closed, mail has been suspended and a lot of businesses are closed. It is suppose to warm up to 10 degrees tomorrow. So, I’m thinking, bathing suit weather! Haha! Hugs, DebRN

Oh my, yes it seems you've had a huge swing in temps. Bathing suits? Ummmm as long as fur lined neoprene from head to toe and finger tip to finger tip. LOL, it's kinda crazy! Rob remembers it raining here in Los Angeles for a solid week when he was a kid. That hasn't happened since, so it's been kinda wonderful having some rain for the last few days. But our roofs here are leaky...normally we just put out buckets to catch the drips and put them away the next day. But with it raining a little here and there...we need to keep the buckets out. And just when we think we can put them away...it rains again. I'm threatening to use a Sharpie marker and draw circles on the floor.

Yesterday was a fun day. My beautiful niece got engaged. She did a couple of years interning at the zoo and she fell in love with Emerson the Tortaise. No, that's not who she's engaged to. Evan got one of her friends to let them in during the Thursday zoo tour where you can see Emerson. Her mom and siblings were snuck in so they could see Evan ask Joanna, in front of Emerson. Then we had a party at Dad and Mom's former house. My niece didn't realize it but she got engaged on my birthday. Cool. They plan an Aug wedding.

What a wonderful birthday treat Kaybee!!! How fun.

And Blossom, yes we missed you. Buhhhmer!! Gee,my Mom went to nursing school there in Phil and she says the doctors there are the best. It's always good when they can figure out what is making you hurt. Fingers crossed Spring arrives quickly so you don't have to deal with the cold. OOXX

Good to see that Club Posh is still being useful in a happy way. In the last two days we have received warm and sincere appreciation from two members who appreciated your wishing them a happy birthday. Super Matt saw the posts and relayed them to us. We both wish you and yours an abundance of all that is good.
