Gratitude Journals -

Any ideas - please post here. I'd like to hear your thoughts.
This is a good time to remember our mothers, grandmothers, special people in our lives - for our children, grandchildren to help them to count their blessings. I would like to dedicate this topic to Dee Gruenig who started me thinking about Gratitude Journals in the first place, and most of all our Creator, God himself.

I never heard of these. Are they like art journals but you fill them with artwork that the recipient would like?

Kathy, I just saw Dee on a video doing hers and it was so special at the time, I thought to myself, what a wonderful practice. I believe it was something Dee did herself for her own pleasure - but it could be adapted to fit someone else I suppose.

Dee would make daily journal entries of her happenings and thoughts and would decorate the pages with stamped images and lots of colorful artwork that she is known for.She shows it in one of her cds.

I think it was great that Dee did this - I am beginning to do this with my journals and thinking this could be adapted to a birthday or anniversary for someone - maybe a 5 page journal or something like that.

I have a bunch of Dee's dvd's. I'll have to go watch them and see if I can find the gratitude journal.

I saw this on ehow, looking for anything I could find on the internet about Dee's journals. These are some ways or starting a gratitude journal.
