Hi Ladies. I AM SO SORRY…Sheila, I received my wonderful card and as usual it was right on time— just after the first of the month. I thought I was doing so good because I scanned your card and planned to post it…BUT as you can see, that didn’t happen. I’m so so sorry. I am working remotely today, and the card scan is on my desktop computer. Ugh.

I hate to give you all my excuses…but I think I’m moving into a stage of my Mom and Dad’s care that is getting more serious. Mom has had some memory loss for the last couple years and it’s compounded with back pain. The last couple months got worse. We’re managing, but it’s taking more of my focus. While I can hire caregivers, Mom is cognizant enough that she refuses. I am not complaining, I just want her to be happy.

Sheila, if you read this today (Fri 10/6) can you please post your card, if you happened to scan it? LOL I suppose this request is only if everyone wants to see your card today!! Hee hee, I have a feeling everyone is patient, and can wait a teeny bit. I may have to hop over to my office later today and if so I will get the file and will post. But in the meantime I can describe it…a fun and cool watercolored background in greens, blues, ochre and I think some orange. The focus image was a sketched female face. Stamped in black ink on white card stock. There was a stamped sentiment…but I can’t remember exactly. LOL, I’ll be sure to post it soon.

Good Morning. Whew, was able to go into the office and got the scanned file. Ok…no blue in the background coloring. And I love the “sentiment.”  Yes so true…need to do nice things for ourselves. Posting my card and then making my next COTM (and getting in the mail) will make me feel good. Getting things accomplished is always “feel good.”  Thank you again Sheila for my wonderful card.
